He spent his childhood assisting his father with daily tasks on the farm, gaining hands-on experience and a strong appreciation for the craft. Today, Ricardo owns and operates Finca Gualion, a 10-hectare farm situated at 1,800 meters above sea level. He has dedicated 7 hectares of the land to coffee cultivation, focusing on high-quality Parainema and Gesha varieties. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, Ricardo continues his family's legacy while embracing modern techniques to produce exceptional coffee
