Our first trial of their coffee was early 2021, roasted by our friend JV; that left a deep impression to us. We sourced this coffee in collaboration with JV (John Vaz Matias) and this coffee was processed by our friend Edgar Gutierrez of Corpachi Co. This coffee is remarkably clean for a natural process coffee and the ripeness if perfectly feature with its complexity. Expect juicy raspberry and jasmine floral, that leads the way to vibrant sweetness honeydew in the finish.
