There are only a few cities in the world where your tap water is suitable for coffee brewing.  We recommend to create two settings on your machine. 10 seconds for the short brew and 20 seconds for long brew. You can adjust most machines by holding down the button you want to program for the length of the brew (make sure you have a capsule in the machine when you do this). If you want more volume of coffee we recommend doing 2-3 capsules on the 20 seconds program. In-between each brew we recommend to make a brew
