This special coffee is back and better than ever! Taste the delicate, washed version of the coffee that was at the heart of Isaiah Sheese's US Barista Champion title. This pink bourbon was also featured at the World Barista Championship Finals where Isaiah ultimately took 4th place. This washed version of Lucy's pink bourbon has been a part of our coffee offerings for the last 6 years, and is near and dear to our hearts as one of our deepest relationships with a producer. Lucy Fernanda Galindez is a part of La Muralla group in San Agustin, Huila, Colombia. Archetype visited La Muralla in 2019 and has been buying their crops since 2018. This delicate Pink Bourbon is a standout single lot from this collective of young Colombian growers.
