This bean, from the Medellin region of Colombia, provides a balanced, clean tasting cup with 'desserty' flavour notes of cocoa, spice and nuts in equal measure.  The way we roast this bean is designed to celebrate these unique characteristics of this bean. It's defs a knockout!
