The high altitudes provide the warm days and cool nights that help nurture sweet, dense cherry. The area is very fertile for agricultural production and therefore was very viable for the factory, which was constructed and opened for processing in 1995. Recommended Recipe: Slowly pour 150ml of hot water (92-96°C) over 3 minutes.
