This coffee sourced from Unblended represents an exciting new chapter in Caicedo, where a group of young producers began exploring specialty coffee just five years ago. Their journey started when Danilo Flórez generously shared Chiroso seeds with them—opening the door to unique varieties and the specialty world. With guidance from Elkin Diosa, they dove into post-harvest processing, and this lot marks one of their very first harvests.
