Jorge and his family have been producing coffee for generations, and through years of being valued members of the local cooperative, have now been producing wonderfully clean and complex microlots. The family mainly grows Bourbon and Carturra, but are slowly pushing the planting of Geisha and some rare Bourbon varietal, as well as experimenting with new processing methods. This coffee perfectly represents our love for Peruvian coffees, boasting floral notes, balanced with rich tropical fruits and light chocolate sweetness, making it a great coffee for filter and espresso.
