Process - Washed Our Huila provides a wonderful sweet cup, when drunk black the sweet cherry fruits and citrus notes are punchy and at the forefront, when adding milk it adds much more body and allows golden caramel flavours to be at the forefront. No matter how its brewed, a great drink is guaranteed With the coffee industry having constant discussions about long term issues in sustainability, being able to partner with producers and growers who help ensure the longevity of the industry and all those within it, is extremely important to us. The Huila Reserve program was founded by Cofinet in 2016 with the goal of improving the coffee quality of their community through rigorous grading, allowing the coffee to be sold at a higher premium leading to increased living benefits.
