Our Honduras Natural is an incredibly rich flavourful coffee, with notes of sweet red fruit acidity and deep mulled wine, it’s suitable for any cup that needs some kick. Utilising a medium to light roast profile it’s bursting full of rich fruit flavours with a bit of a fun Natural wine like funk. Grown 1200 - 1600 m.a.s.l, processed and dried naturally under the sun.   Harvest Sourcing:Honduras has largely been known for its conventional manner for coffee production, with heavy reliances on chemical input to support mass scale production, with the vast majority of produced coffee being low cost and going into the commodity or commercial market. COMSA founded in 2001 by 69 farmers were seeking ways to improve the quality of their coffee, and increase its value to better support those growing it.
