Brewing Steps
- 1. Bloom with 30g water for 30 seconds (evenly saturate grounds, start timer at first pour).
- 2. At 0:30 pour to 120g (slow steady spiral pour, avoid pouring directly on the filter walls) by 0:50.
- 3. At 0:50 pour to 225g total (finish pour by 1:15). Place lid and let steep with the switch in the CLOSED position until 1:50–2:00.
- 4. Flip the switch to OPEN and allow coffee to drain (~10–20s). Serve immediately. Total time: ~2:00–2:20 (brew + drain).
