We’re delighted to welcome back José Gregorio’s Gesha to our range this summer! This exceptional coffee was produced at Finca Holanda in Garzón, Huila, where José cultivates several coffee varieties - including the highly prized Gesha. We had the pleasure of visiting Finca Holanda in 2023, where Jose proudly gave us a tour of the land and shared insights into his processing techniques. Most of the coffee on the farm is dried on patios using a parabolic dryer - a large, greenhouse-like structure that shields the coffee from the elements and enables efficient drying.
