The Guji zone was previously categorized as a sub-region of larger Sidamo region but it has now been given its own designation as it has proven itself as a region capable of producing coffees with distinct and unique profiles. This washed Guji has a crisp acidity that accentuates the floral berry and stone fruit notes which are balanced by a smooth chocolatey body and lingering baking spice finish.
