The coffee is processed at the Kello Raro Station, which works with around 230 local farmers who cultivate small plots of land using traditional methods passed down through generations. Thanks to the region’s high altitude, fertile soil, and ideal climate, this coffee is vibrant and expressive, showcasing the distinctive character Guji is famous for. In the cup, expect bright and clean notes of mandarin and lemongrass supported by soft floral aromatics like rose and jasmine.
