This coffee is produced by the Jaramillo family. The coffee is grown in the Cajamarca region in the San Ignacio district at 1500 m.a.s.l. This region is characterized by its microclimate that is perfect for growing coffee high high sweetness.  50 years ago, the Jaramillo family started a dream of cultivating different varieties such as Caturra, Catimor, and Bourbon. Their farming and processing practices focused on quality and are reflected in the cup. The tasting note are chocolate, panela, dried fruit, with a medium body.
