Sítio Rancho Dantas, located in Espírito Santo’s Brejetuba region, is managed by father-daughter team Francisco and Karen Bermond. Surrounded by the Atlantic Forest at high elevations, the farm benefits from a unique microclimate - cool days, cold nights, and consistently high humidity. These conditions slow the maturation of coffee cherries, developing a vibrant, structured profile distinct from the classic nutty, chocolate-forward coffees often associated with São Paulo state. Francisco, one of the most experienced producers in Rancho Dantas, has worked alongside his three brothers to refine farming practices and elevate quality.
