A delicious natural process coffee from a leading producer of the Fraijanes region of Guatemala. --- Fredy Orantes' eye for detail in the field and during harvest has resulted in consistently high quality coffees. At 1870 meters above sea level, Fredy's farm, Buena Vista, enjoys spectacular views across a valley to the town of Santa Rosa. Over his 7 hectares, Catuai variety coffee are shaded by Grevilea and Avacado trees. Careful record keeping allow Fredy to create special small lots, which can be processed to highlight unique characters. This particular lot sees Yellow Catuai cherries, naturally processed to bring out a delicate melon-fruit character to the region's classic cream and chocolate.
