It is produced by Jairo Ivan Lopez who follows the strictest of harvesting and processing practices. This microlot is 100% Geisha, a now famous varietal first discovered in Abyssinia, Ethiopia. Expect candied orange and deeply-rich florals, a smooth body ending ultra sweet in the aftertaste.
