Brewing Steps
  1. 1. Bloom with 30g water for 30 seconds
  2. 2. Pour to 150g by 1:15 (steady circular pour), give a gentle stir to equalize
  3. 3. Final pour to 210g by 1:45, cover and let steep until 2:45, then flip the Hario Switch to drain and serve immediately
  4. 4. Total time ~2:45; serve straight away and add milk to taste (recommended strong-with-milk ratio: start 1 part brewed coffee to 3–4 parts milk and adjust)

Troubleshooting
