Brewing Steps
  1. 1. Bloom with 30g water for 30 seconds (saturate all grounds, let CO2 escape).
  2. 2. By 0:45 pour to 225g total, gently stir for 8–10 seconds to ensure even suspension, then set the lid.
  3. 3. Steep with the plunger/lid in place until 2:30, then place the Switch on your cup and flip the switch to drain — allow full drain (aim to finish by ~3:00).
  4. 4. Total contact ~2:30; total brew time including drain ~3:00. Serve immediately.

  • 💡 Consistent, even saturation and a short gentle stir after top‑up are key for this blend — avoid aggressive agitation which can extract bitterness.
Troubleshooting

Sour → grind finer by 2–3 clicks, raise brew temperature 2–4°C, or increase steep by 15–30s. Bitter → grind coarser by 2–3 clicks, lower temperature 2–4°C, or shorten contact time; also reduce agitation.
