Brewing Steps
  1. 1. Bloom with 30g water for 30 seconds (fully saturate grounds, give a gentle stir)
  2. 2. Pour to 150g by 1:00 (add in one steady pour between 0:30–1:00), gently swirl or stir once
  3. 3. Top to 225g by 1:30, close lid and steep until 2:00, then flip the Hario Switch to release and allow drawdown to finish (lightly stir if needed before flipping)
  4. 4. Total time ~2:30–3:00 (flip at 2:00, drawdown ~30–60s). Serve immediately
