This coffee stood out on the table as a clean and lightly fruited success. Jhon Didier Trujillo is quickly making a name for himself with his immaculate Chiroso crops. This luxurious Landrace has now won our hearts, especially when it comes out like this. Expect notes of fruit-leather understated berry. There is a firm structure with a medium+ amount of sweetness and acidity. This lot is mellow on the tart, with a subtle accent of mandarin acidity. A great coffee for those looking for a little more body in their espresso. This is our first time purchasing from Jhon Didier, though we have been tasting his coffee for some time. The strides towards greater and greater quality in the cup and on his farm has been amazing to watch. I have never seen a farmer progress this much so quickly. Jhon Didier Trujillo is a p
