This coffee stood out on the table as a clean and lightly fruited success. Jhon Didier Trujillo is quickly making a name for himself with his immaculate Chiroso crops. This luxurious Landrace has now won our hearts, especially when it comes out like this. Expect notes of fruit-leather understated berry. There is a firm structure with a medium+ amount of sweetness and acidity. This lot is mellow on the tart, with a subtle accent of mandarin acidity. A great coffee for those looking for a little more body in their espresso. This is our first time purchasing from Jhon Didier, though we have been tasting his coffee for some time.
