This is an omniroast: as a filter coffee it is balanced, round and sweet and as an espresso it is a light roast in which the acidity and the variety of aromas are underlined. This coffee impresses with its elegance and is by far the best that we had from the Shilicho cooperative so far. The intensive cooperation during quality workshops over the last few years has paid off and we now have an outstanding coffee. 100 % Ethiopia, Shilicho cooperative, washed arabica Cup profile: Notes of earl grey, bergamot and lime. Very sweet with lots of toffee and caramel. Outstanding, silky mouthfeel. Recommended for: The Ostrich is an all-rounder and works well as a pour over, AeroPress, Chemex or the Karlsbad coffee maker.
