Rare Exotic This special Geisha lot is best enjoyed as a filter coffee, as brewed by our head barista Kaede Watanabe on her Kalita: 15g coffee / 250ml water (100°) / 2:55 brew time / 3 pours Benjamin Paz has been instrumental in putting Santa Barbara’s coffee on the specialty coffee map. Coming from a respected lineage of Honduran coffee producers, he carries forward a legacy of quality and craftsmanship. His father founded Beneficio San Vicente, a globally renowned coffee exporter, where Benjamin now helps connect local farmers with international roasters. Through this platform, producers receive fair prices for their entire crop, allowing them to improve their farms, refine their practices, and build lasting relationships.Beyond his work at Beneficio San Vicente, Benjamin is a dedicated coffee producer. In 2013, he acquired his first farm in El Cedral, planting Pacas varietals. Five years later, he established Finca La Salsa, where he cultivates exceptional varieties like Geisha
