One of the highlights of Colombia is its year-round harvest, allowing us to enjoy fresh coffee multiple times throughout the year. The farm, Las Delicias, is owned and operated by Duver Rojas and his wife. Situated in the Huila region, the 1,700-hectare farm produces 3.5 tons of coffee annually, with a strong focus on quality. Due to the small scale of production, the Rojas family is able to pay close attention to every step of the process, from selecting the cherries to ensuring the fermentation tanks are spotless.
