Grown by Esther and Javier Castillo in Suaza, Southern Huila, this 100% Geisha is a fresh take on a celebrated variety — expressive, elegant, and made to enjoy daily. The Castillos grow exotic varieties with care, while their youngest son roasts and serves coffee on the family farm. This lot underwent a 60-hour fermentation, enhancing its signature yellow fruit character. Light floral notes of mangosteen and spice, made for thoughtful drinking.
