In the hills of El Cedral, Ramón Rodríguez grows Bourbon and Pacas on a small farm that he inherited from his father in 1982. Ramon grows high-quality coffee, and in previous years has been a finalist in the prestigious Honduras Cup of Excellence competition. Now he prides himself and his farm on producing some of the best specialty coffee in the region, and this Pacas - Bourbon blend is no exception. This coffee from Ramón Rodríguez's closes the curtain on what was an epic season of Honduran coffees. Expect notes of Apricot Toffee in the cup.
