In the hills of El Cedral, Ramón Rodríguez grows Bourbon and Pacas on a small farm that he inherited from his father in 1982. Ramon grows high-quality coffee, and in previous years has been a finalist in the prestigious Honduras Cup of Excellence competition. Now he prides himself and his farm on producing some of the best specialty coffee in the region, and this Pacas - Bourbon blend is no exception. This coffee from Ramón Rodríguez's closes the curtain on what was an epic season of Honduran coffees. Expect notes of Marzipan Dark Chocolate in the cup.
