🌈 Specialty Decaf from Jairo Arcila – Colombia! It's not often you come across a decaf with the amount of care and attention of a high-end or rare variety coffee but here is a fine example.  This coffee coincides with our 10-year birthday and we're proud to offer it here in New Zealand. This coffee comes from the celebrated producer Jairo Arcila, grown on the Santa Mónica farm in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia — a region rich in volcanic ash and lush microclimates ideal for producing high-quality coffee. This is no ordinary decaf. It’s part of the Rainbow Decaf Edition – a carefully curated lot made using fruit-macerated honey processing, followed by a natural sugarcane EA (ethyl acetate) decaffeination method. This preserves the coffee's vibrant character while removing caffeine gently and naturally.  The result is a cup that bursts with lavender florals, juicy grape, and honeyed sweetness – smooth, clean, and full of flavour, minus the buzz.
