Organic Single Origin Sweet, aromatic and flavoursome!  The Colombia organic is our smooth and sweet single origin from South America.  Crafted by the coffee roaster for a coffee that is sweet with a silky body and complex acidity.  Our coffee roaster is proud to showcase this single origin due to its origin from a smaller yield cooperative.  A good option for filter or a lighter espresso option with those that buy coffee online and in our retail store.  😋 Flavour Notes: A smooth coffee with complex acidity and sweetness.  It exhibits flavours of sweet honey, orange, nutty and with a clean finish. ✍️ Recipe: Filter Brew Ratio: 1:18 Brew Time: Less than 2-minutes (depending on brew method). This means that for every gram of ground coffee added into the filter there is 18 grams of hot water.  If using a plunger/French press you can add two tablespoon’s of ground coffee (approximately 14-grams), mixed with 250ml of hot water.  Still stuck?  Check out this link to learn more about brew ra
