The Don Claudio is a signature micro-lot single origin produced by CoopeAgri. The coffee is sourced exclusively from four selected producers. Their farms are positioned on steep volcanic slopes in the Perez Zeledon region in Costa Rica. Crafted by our coffee roaster to highlight its natural sweetness, roasted nut and molasses falvours and its vivid mouthfeel. Each coffee lot is carefully coded right at the farm, hand-harvested, and kept separate before reaching CoopeAgri’s central wet mill.
