Sweet, smooth, fruity!   The Riviera Blend is our flavoursome, smooth roast great for a lighter, sweeter, fruitier espresso or filter.  This blend caters well to those looking for an alternative to the darker or espresso roast styles and is Colombian and Ethiopian dominant rather than Brazil.  These origins offer a blend with less perceived richness but a softer and sweeter coffee. This shift offers a more delicate flavour profile offering floral and fruit components. Flavour Notes:  Sweet notes of stone fruit and berry with a silky body and smooth texture.   Recipe (commercial espresso machine): Espresso Brew Ratio: 1:2Extraction Time: 29-34 seconds.This means that for every gram of ground coffee dosed into the porta-filter there is 2 grams of coffee extracted.  If using and dosing with an 18g porta-filter you can extract approximately 36-grams of liquid (coffee).  Still stuck?  Check out this link to learn more about brew ratios click here.
