The cooperative has named the station after the nearby village, and with coffee production deeply rooted in the community culture, the producing members take great pride in their coffee cultivation. The cherries are meticulously handpicked to ensure only the perfectly ripe cherries and highest quality beans are a part of the finished product. Following the selection and sorting, the cherries are fermented and dried in the sun on raised beds, with regular turning of the cherries for even drying.
