The unique terroir, high elevation, and careful post-harvest processing give this coffee its signature clarity and depth of flavour. During harvest, cherries are hand-selected and floated to remove impurities before undergoing a meticulously controlled washed process. Fermented for 25 hours in dry tanks, the beans develop a refined sweetness and a silky texture before drying on patios.
