Before he owned his own land, Ever worked tirelessly as an “andariego”—travelling across farms, picking cherries, and learning everything there was to know about coffee. His journey through the region gave him a wealth of practical knowledge and a dream to one day grow coffee of his own. Six years ago, with his brother's support, Ever founded Finca Los Robles. What started with traditional varieties soon transformed as Ever discovered the potential of specialty cultivars like Geisha, Bourbon Papayo, and most notably, Pink Bourbon.
