Though its exact history is debated, its unique flavour potential has been recognised globally. Sidra is known for vibrant acidity, floral aromatics, and tropical fruit character, thriving best at high elevations between 1500 to 2000 masl. We first tasted Sidra in 2017 and were stunned by its potential. By 2019, it was planted at Jardines del Eden, and is now also cultivated at Jardines del Encanto. The combination of genetics, terroir, and processing elevates this lot to something truly rare and expressive.
