Grape Lollies, Pineapple, Fruit Cake Country: Colombia Region: Armenia, Quindio Process: Natural Variety: Gesha Elevation: 1450-1500 masl This coffee was grown by Luz Helena Salazar at the farm La Leona.This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to select only the ripestcherries and then hand sorted to remove any defects. The coffee wassundried on raised beds in temperature controlled conditions until theideal moisture content is achieved.This microlot is 100% Gesha. This varietal was first discovered inAbyssinia, Ethiopia in 1931. Gesha was planted in Panama for the firsttime in 1963 and in Colombia in 2005.
