His 7 hectares of farmland are far larger than the average smallholding in Ethiopia, and his dedication has been passed on to his children, particularly his eldest son Daniel, who now works alongside him. Since 2015, Sharbo has focused entirely on washed coffees, refining his methods and reinvesting profits into better equipment, land, and farm maintenance. About This Lot This lot is a shining example of clean Ethiopian washed coffee. Hand-picked cherries were carefully sorted before pulping with a hand machine, then fermented under water for 48 hours with fresh water changes every 24 hours.
