At 1,800 m on the volcanic slopes of Nevado del Tolima, Finca La Negrita enjoys a rare microclimate- warm days, misted nights, and near year-round harvests. Mauricio devotes just 10% of the land to coffee, preserving the rest as forest, and cultivates rare varieties. This lot was hand-picked at peak ripeness, carefully sorted, and sun-dried on raised beds under precise temperature control, capturing the valley’s distinctive elegance.
