ECHELON Colombia La Palma Natural Java

This is the final offering for the 2022 Echelon series. For us, offering a La Palma y El Tucan as the final offering made sense thematically, not to mention that this is the premiere release of their newly cultivated Java variety. We love this variety for it's complex watermelon note, which we experience alongside tart white grape and jasmine florals.
