Gore Dako has solidified its place within our list of favorites since the inaugural harvest of 2019. Grown in the pristine native forests of Ethiopia, this coffee goes through a slow ripening stage, concentrating sugars. When roasted, the cup yields delicate notes of stone fruit and florals throughout.
