Brewing Steps
  1. 1. Bloom with 30g water for 30 seconds
  2. 2. Pour to 120g by 0:45 (steady spiral pour over the coffee bed)
  3. 3. Pour to 240g by 1:30, stir gently, cover and let steep until 2:30; flip the Hario Switch to drain
  4. 4. Total time ~3:00 (drawdown completes by ~3:00). Serve immediately
