Brewing Steps
  1. 1. Bloom with 30g water for 30 seconds
  2. 2. Pour to 150g by 1:15 (add ~120g total after bloom), gently swirl to degas
  3. 3. Pour to 225g by 1:50, stir 3–5s to equalize, cover and steep until 2:45 then flip the Hario Switch to drain
  4. 4. Total time ~3:10–3:30 (including drain). Serve immediately and enjoy the bold profile
