Brewing Steps
  1. 1. Bloom with 30g water for 30 seconds (evenly saturate the grounds, gentle stir after pour)
  2. 2. Pour to 150g by 1:15 (add ~120g in steady pulses, avoid pouring directly on one spot)
  3. 3. Top to 225g by 1:45, cover and let steep; at 2:30 press the Hario Switch to drain into your cup/server
  4. 4. Total brew time ~2:30 (from first pour to switch), remove grounds and serve immediately
