Featuring three honey processed lots from the 2025 harvest at Ratnagiri Estate, this Education Lot set showcases how Mr. Ashok Patre’s novel approaches to processing and post-harvest fermentation interact with India’s unique plant genetics. Each set includes a 125 gram bag of three different coffee varieties produced at Ratnagiri: Catuai, Selection 9, and Chandragiri, each featuring a bespoke honey processing method designed by Mr. Ashok.
