INTRODUCING THE NEW 100G OPTION FROM PROCESS. HUYYYYYPED! 'Café Uba' is a Colombian coffee business model created back in 2014 by Julio Cesar Madrid. At Uba they focus on working on new and innovative approaches to processing the coffees from their three farms, Riviera, Milán, and Buenos Aires. This means that the coffees they are producing are by and far, some of the most interestingly approached coffees available. This coffee is a product of the Finca La Milán farm. A caturra coffee, which has undergone their nitro fermentation process. This process involves an initial aerobic fermentation, followed by pulping, and then a nitrogen flush anaerobic fermentation stage where watermelon chunks are added into the reactor.  This coffee is inherently vibrant with watermelon and honey due melon clarity. However it is also a delicate cup with lychee sweetness shining through. It’s a special cup for sure, but it still has that ‘chug the whole brew’ quality that you HAVE to have in a Process off
