Prodigal is thrilled to present this box set of two 2025 Honduras Cup of Excellence award winning coffees — Itacaya anaerobic washed geisha from Angel Ramirez and Las Acacias anaerobic washed pacas from Evin Moreno. These represent some of the best coffee from Honduras this year, and certainly these farmers' best work of the season. After dozens of hours of sample roasting and exhaustive tastings, these two coffees rose above. We were lucky to secure them during an all-day auction extravaganza, and we worked closely with the mill to expedite their processing and shipping. Our monthly subscribers got a sneak peek at Evin's coffee, and we're excited to share both of these coffees now with the public.  This box includes 150-grams of each coffee, along with an informational card.
