The farm sits amid misty terraces in Boquete, where the Geisha plants thrive under a canopy of native shade trees, drawing complexity from the microclimate at 1900m at Elida Estates at the Aguacate Lot. Cherries are hand‑picked at peak ripeness, and then fermented in bags for 3 days. This stage adds complexity and intensity, but doesn't overdo the fermentation.
