About the Farm Producer Mil Cumbres is a boutique coffee farm located in the Cordillera region of Chiriquí, Panama, at an elevation of approximately 1,800 meters. The farm is known for its commitment to producing high-quality specialty coffees, including the rare Sidra variety. Producer Mario Fonseca Imendia founded Mil Cumbres in 2014, with the first harvest in 2018–2019. The farm's unique location, influenced by ocean breezes and surrounded by tropical forest near Volcán Barú, contributes to the distinctive terroir of its coffees.
