Passionate about preserving native tree species, Eddy ensures these trees thrive across his farm, providing essential shade for the coffee plants, supporting biodiversity, and sustaining the surrounding ecosystem. The farm is a haven for local wildlife, including the iconic Quetzal, Guatemala’s national bird.
